The greedy crooks are trying to put spin on their illegal scam and trying to use the bandwagon approach that the size of their crime in dollars and some un referenced or cited body of law allows them to own or transfer real estate without a chain of title. OH THAT IS RIGHT THE TITLE COMPANIES ARE NOW REFUSING TO INSURE TITLE THAT THESE COMPANIES HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH… Uninsured title to real estate is almost worthless. Go ahead an but one of these at auction. Just try to get insured title. Wait until someone shows up and reclaims the property. Then who is going to refund your money? NOBODY. Fool!
