Delicious, yes that is what most folks think. Simply delicious. We want to eat as many dead farm animals and drink as much bovine smegma as possible. A meal without dead farm animals or bovine smegma is just well as un-American as not having a heart attack.
After a decades of reading nutrition journals, papers, and books; after decades of investigating supplements and using them; I have been able to tease out some real information on longevity, diet, and nutrition. And I am now going to put some of that into text for your benefit. I will not start by building the case for any of this information. I will just whack you with it and then explain it later.
Dead Farm Animals = chicken, beef, lamb, ducks, goose, turkey, pork, farmed fish,eggs,
Bovine Smegma = milk, cheese, yogurt, ice cream, whipped cream,
1. If you eat a lot of dead farm animals or consume a lot of bovine smegma you will have negative health effects from it.
2. If you never eat any dead farm animals or consume any bovine smegma you will have negative health effects from it.
3. If you consume more food than is necessary you will have negative health effects from it.
4. If the food you eat is “too clean” you will have negative health effects from it.
5. The more processed your food is the worse it is for you.
6. Short term stress can save your life
7. Long term stress can kill you.
8. Everything you have been taught is the result of someone wanting you to believe it.
9. What you have learned on your own is most likely true.
10. Only your parents want you to live a long life.
11. The truth is out there.
I will not go into the multitude of literature on longevity or nutrition that I have read that was wrong. There is just so much of it.
No one has it completely right.

So after reading all that why would anyone eat dead farm animals or consume bovine smegma?
Oh, sorry I know you likely did not read any of it. So let me break it down for you.
If you eat animal protein your cholesterol is going to go up even if you are NOT eating ANY cholesterol at all. You will also be feeding any pre-cancerous growths to grow into full fledged cancer. In addition you will be creating a situation where your own body can recognize itself as a foreign invader and attack itself as in all autoimmune diseases.
But you still need animal protein because there are several (B12, Lysine) necessary vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that you can only get from animal foods. the trick is how often you should eat them and in what amount.
Well since B12 storage is maintained in your liver for at least 3 months I would take that as an evolutionary tip off on how often meat must be consumed.
